Today I had a double workout, which means I worked out twice today. I haven't worked out more than once per day since my basketball days in college. We had to workout 3 times per day, it was the hardest thing I had to do in my life. Well I worked out twice today because I have so much on my mind. The only thing that clears it is exercising. Which I'm not complaining, but I just wish I wasn't feeling so down right now. I'm just in a little rut right now, I should get over it soon. Do yall just have days where you feel sad?
