OK so I went to San Antonio this weekend and pretty much ruined my diet with drinking beer and eating unhealthy. I have to get back on track, I do so well during the week and the weekends not so good. Not only did the weekend kill my diet but I'm still tired from it. I haven't worked out all week. So tomorrow after work I need to make myself workout. I need to make exercise a habit just like people drink coffee daily I need to workout daily. Even if its just some sit ups or some squats, something is better than nothing. I'm posting this picture of Jennifer Aniston for motivation, she is 41 yrs old and has a killer body.
