Since my little fall and break, I haven't been able to workout. But today I decided it was time to get my sweat on. I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the stationary bike and 20 minutes on the elliptical. I felt kinda weird cause a lot of people were staring at me cause I was working out in my sling. I had a guy ask me what happened. But other than that it was great to get back to working out. For dinner I had salmon, fresh saute green beans, and a Greek salad, and it was delicious.
